ABOUT THE ROLE

Highspot is seeking to appoint an Account Development Representative, based in Sydney to cover ANZ. Our team will allow you to thrive in a collaborative, open and supportive culture. You will have established yourself as a dynamic and successful individual contributor and are curious by nature.
This isn’t just any SaaS sales role and it won’t be for everyone. Expectations are high, and the addressable market and your personal opportunity is even greater. You love to take disruptive solutions to market and are adept at navigating to and empowering mobilizers with whom you partner to drive change. Ideally, you will benefit from prior experience selling into Sales and Marketing professionals and will be familiar with the core mechanics of a SaaS business. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leverage onboarding and continuous training to be an expert about the company, industry, our platform’s benefits and features in order to effectively articulate the Highspot value proposition, while gathering information about prospect needs.
  • Efficiently research to identify the right people to approach within target accounts: the members of the buying team and its key influencers.
  • Strategically coordinate personalized, multi-channel, multi-threaded, outbound activities to target various buying personas and create high-value opportunities in target accounts.
  • Understand the value drivers of prospects to creatively and professionally craft customized and personalized messages that offer unique perspectives specific to their economic motivators.
  • Consistently achieve monthly qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objective.
  • Understand, as much as possible, the corporate budget, decision-making timeframe, customer goals, and key decision makers within the prospect’s organization.
