EXPERIENCE:

  • 8/10 years’ or more of cross IT industry experience delivering Transformation and Cloud Programs. Minimum 3 years of significant consulting experience preferably at a top tier consulting firm.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Cloud advisory, and 2-3 years in Cloud migration / application transformation experience (not just infrastructure lift and shift migration).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets, getting immediate results while building repeatable processes, and selling innovative technologies to medium and large organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive exponential pipeline growth within large enterprise accounts
  • Experience of creating commercially compelling solutions and business cases to deliver client business value
  • Current market trends, risks and prevalent technologies used in the industry.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Goal oriented with superior work ethic.
  • Industry specific background, managing clients (Energy, Natural Resources and Utilities sector preferred) Spearheading sales and customer engagements with P&L & growth responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience within a Systems integrator or Consulting organisation, providing consulting services or engagement management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, Information Technology or related field. While not mandatory, will be well regarded
  • Cloud Certifications at associate or professional/expert level in but not limited to AWS, Azure or Oracle highly regarded

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

NRI is currently looking to recruit a highly capable Cloud Sales Leader to join our ANZ Cloud Practice. Sales Leader is a seller/practitioner with deep technical expertise. S/he will be responsible for deal shaping, proactive opportunity creation and will have the ability to lead in-depth technical solution conversations with clients.
Your role is to accelerate our cloud business growth across public and private sectors, managing the sales process from identification to closure. You’ll leverage your deep sales and cloud knowledge to build relationships with key clients, guiding them through their cloud journey with our solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead client discussions with a high degree of technical or process depth: convert the business problem into technology or business process implications to build high-level road-map to deliver business impact.
  • Along with the GM for Cloud, guide the Solution Architects to design a solution blueprint which meets the client’s technical needs.
  • Build credibility and conviction in technical solution – provide recommendations on breadth of topics in respective specialisation.
  • Work with the identified key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop GTM plans
  • Collate best practices and create reusable assets
    Collaborates with Service Delivery Managers to proactively identify and invest in higher service levels for a customer with low MRR but high wallet and to identify and pursue opportunities for upgrades, cross-selling, and upselling.
