Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
At Corsearch, our client relationships are our top priority. So, we’re looking for an experienced Account Director who is proactive and passionate about Corsearch, our products and services, and most importantly, our clients.
We will provide a flexible work environment in which you will be able to work remotely. In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel to client meetings, industry events and join committees to advocate for brand owners and understand the emerging trends within the industry that could ultimately impact your clients,
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Own the Commercial relationship for their client base with a focus on maintaining and growing revenue
- Achieve assigned sales targets by collaborating with customer success managers and client managers to deliver the best-in-class brand protection service to your clients
- Previous experience of working with Tech/SaaS
- Review accounts to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities (new services, greater penetration into the account)
- Negotiate and convert up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Keep Salesforce.com updated with timely, relevant, and accurate information
- Manage renewal of contracts, engaging in commercial discussions and confirmations towards the end of the lifecycle – each renewal that has an upsell opportunity / potential pricing discussion
- Understand fiscal year/budget cycles for client in your respective territory.
- Manage price increases
- Articulate any new products and services and their value proposition
