Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As the Account Director, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and cultivate lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-profile advertisers. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour, you will lead a team of professionals to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations and drive business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve client objectives and revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to foster professional development and drive performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop innovative media plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
