WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An Account Director who is a true team and client leader with strong content marketing strategy experience. The right candidate will leverage their expertise in content marketing and build strategic plans with forward-thinking solutions that achieve our clients’ objectives. They will have a solid business acumen, and act as the key client relationship manager with an insatiable curiosity about the clients’ industries, business, products, and growth opportunities. They will know how to anticipate client needs and lead an efficient team to deliver work with clear business impact, and a positive client experience with strategic value.

Responsibilities:

Client Services

  • Be the owner of client workstreams, projects and content programs; build trust with client contacts and internal teams and contextualize information to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Lead client meetings, interface with executive and middle management level on client side during meetings and presentations
  • Become a subject matter expert in the client’s field, speaking clearly to the competitive landscape, products, services, trends, and brand positions within the client’s business.
  • Proactively provide clients with strategic insight by staying abreast of industry trends, audience needs and project outputs.
  • Present creative concepts to client and lead end-to-end quality control and flawless execution of creative and editorial production.
  • Play an active role in the business development function; identify and maximize opportunities for organic growth within existing clients.

Performance Marketing

  • Lead various Digital Marketing service offerings and programs for the client, and be the performance driver of these program, including services in Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Web Analytics/Call Tracking, etc.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and emerging media channels that could be built into our offerings for a more “full funnel” media approach
  • Work with Analytics & Insights team to evaluate programs and campaigns and maximize ROI to meet client objectives.

Team Development

  • Build a cohesive team across agency partners, departments, disciplines, and offices where relevant. Mentor and grow direct reports to be stronger strategically and tactically.
  • Guide the team toward the achievement of client objectives; think through facts, diagnose a situation, and find an accurate and workable solution to help a client’s business and team prosper.Assess and recommend strategies for building efficiencies, streamlining operations, and enhancing the overall client and content experience.
