Description:

It’s going to take a dynamic individual to fill this role; someone passionate about sales, with the leadership experience to provide coaching & mentoring to your team. We are looking for a leader to provide support and guidance to team members, who loves working to provide customer solutions and who will guide us forward in our multiplatform, multimedia environment.
The purpose of this role is generating revenue for OneRoof through proactive, customer-focused, results-driven campaigns to achieve growth targets. This will be achieved by delivering high level account management across residential, commercial, new homes, property management as well as identifying potential new clients and growing current customers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Sales management experience essential.
  • Experience developing a clear strategy for your portfolio, providing leadership to your team to achieve peak performance and champion customer relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence decision makers.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a goal and results focused orientation.
  • Able to effectively manage workflow.
  • Deadline and performance focused.
  • Proficient in all MS Office application, CRM database.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain responsibility for coaching and mentoring your team members to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure all sales systems and processes are in place to achieve best practice multiplatform audience solutions.
  • Develop a sales plan and strategy for OneRoof for the Auckland market.
  • Actively explore and generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Capture key market trends and client decisions that could have a material impact on revenue performance, and maintain a high level of market intelligence.
