ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

As an Allied OneSource Account Executive, you will grow and foster relationships with existing and new clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, business development or full cycle recruiting. However, we are willing to train individuals who are driven to succeed and interested in starting a career in the recruiting industry.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

  • Year 1: $50,000 - $70,000
  • Year 2: $70,000 - $85,000
  • Year 3: $85,000+

Projected Account Executive Earnings:

  • Year 1: $60,000 - $85,000
  • Year 2: $85,000 - $120,000
  • Year 3: $120,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with current and potential clients
  • Generate new clients and maintain existing client base
  • Communicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs
  • Help manage the recruiting process and strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with recruiters and make final decisions on which candidates to submit
  • Follow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection process
  • Identify industry trends and use technology to provide elevated service to clients

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or full cycle recruiting
  • Must be comfortable making calls to prospects and inactive clients in a fast paced and metrics driven environment
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Competitive and driven to succeed
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
  • Enjoy a collaborative environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
