Account Executive (EMEA & U.S)
Salary: €44,000 per annum and an OTE of €11,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (Tues & Thurs in office, Leopardstown, Dublin 18)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within set market segment and territory with a goal of strategic management and tight execution of sales opportunities.
  • Build, design and execute territory plans
  • Manage the full sales cycle from sales qualified lead/marketing qualified lead to close through engagement of appropriate resources (Product, Marketing, Channel Partners, etc).
  • Execute proven processes and analyze data to make informed decisions, find creative solutions that drive results
  • Manage time in a structured and organized way to ensure deadlines are met and quotas are obtained.
  • Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
  • Articulate technical and business value propositions to prospective new clients
  • Adopt a trusted advisor role with prospects by being knowledgeable, assertive, present and relevant
  • Understand the competitive landscape and plan to win
  • Management and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and our client to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by tracking activities and updating records in a CRM

Experience:

  • 1 year in B2B sales as individual contributor or 2 years as outbound SDR in SaaS/ IT Services space in mid-market to enterprise sales
  • Experience with software vendor, IT Services, SaaS space or system integrator space preferred
  • BA Degree/ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery and presentation
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience
  • Highly collaborative and results-oriented with proven success in sales attainment and ability to excel in a team environment
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent English Speaker plus additional native language requirements as needed
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and general sales tools such as CRMs.
  • High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot
  • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
  • Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to details and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly collaborative and highly organized individual
  • Ability to work to deadlines
