Tasks

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

  • 5+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in the business travel industry (TMC, OBT, …) industry is a plus
  • Understand and safely navigate the complex business travel ecosystem
  • Be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Fast paced, growth mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Agile with a tendency towards framing ways of work towards scalability
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong CRM management skills

  • Have worked in tech / complex B2B sales

  • The key objective for you, as Travel Management Company (TMC) Account Executive, is to grow incremental and new sales from lead generation to account management with a focus on TMCs and business travel-related tech integrators
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to successfully closing deals.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with TMCs and other players from the business travel space and understanding their needs
  • Be a trusted ally and conduit between their needs and our product offering
  • Use your expertise and industry knowledge to build trust and build long term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate sales records, improve processes and overall ways of work within the larger partnerships team
