We are Love Childcare Recruitment, and we are a specialist recruitment company based in Central London that specialises in childcare recruitment across three lanes, wraparound, nurseries/early years and sports coaching.
Love Childcare Recruitment was born in 2020 with a simple vision: to create a recruitment company that put people first and was based on our core principles: Service and Delivery.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual to join our team as an Account Executive.
We LOVE people who are from the industry and have the knowledge of what these sectors look like and how they operate - therefore if you have any experience working within the childcare field, then we would like to hear from you!

  • In essence, we are looking for great humans who are keen to work in recruitment. However, here are a few specifics
  • Childcare experience: Ideally in management.
  • Engaging personality: Recruitment is all about speaking to people and getting to know them and understand their story. You must love people and be naturally curious.
  • Obsession with providing great service: This is a massive non-negotiable for us.
  • Evidence of giving/selfless: We want people who care. Caring is not something that just starts, it has a track record both in work and personally. We need a great example of both.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling great candidates from the childcare sector and finding out about them, their backgrounds and what they are looking for in their next career move
  • Consistently achieving the expected level of calls and speaking to new brilliant candidates each day
  • Working closely with our Recruitment Director to find specific qualities in candidates for our great clients
    As part of the interview process, we will cover all these areas in much more detail but crucially, this role will give someone a great foundation in recruitment and can also lead to internal promotion to a full recruitment role.
