EDUCATION:

  • University degree.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in service and corporate sales (ideally in training/education organizations).
  • Ideally, experience in a multicultural/international working environment.

SKILLS:

  • Good interpersonal and customer attention aptitudes.
  • Good oral and written communication skills. Professional behavior.
  • Highly motivated to obtain results and achieve objectives.
  • Ability to work with and adapt to diverse and multicultural teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work under different working conditions.
  • Self-motivated and fast learner; able to work independently and also as part of a team.
  • Meticulous, methodical, and organized style of working.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several tasks and projects.
  • High knowledge of database management; experience with the CRM system Salesforce.com is highly desirable.
  • Marketing knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and establishing relations with potential corporate clients in Perú
  • Researching and prospecting for potential clients through email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Arrange meetings to assess customer language training needs
  • Prepare and present customized proposals for language training programs
  • Meet and monitor sales goals and KPIs as agreed upon with the Director of Business Development
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to propose and recommend additional services or renewal of existing programs with customers
  • Stay up to date with trends in the market and competitor activity
  • Create and keep professional networks on LinkedIn to engage with customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to continuously improve messaging and collateral
  • Represent Bridge at tradeshows and events
