We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Account Executive to join our team.
️ Professional fluency in German required.

Berlin (Hybrid - soon moving to a centrally located office).

Tasks

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an AE or Sales Manager with KPIs (Preferably in SaaS)
  • Experience in working with cold leads
  • Interest in technical topics and/or manufacturing
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding goals
  • Self-motivation, creativity, and flexibility
  • Great listening skills and openness to feedback and exchange
  • Ability to work in an agile Startup environment and adapt quickl

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and being responsible for your own annual, quarterly and monthly territory business plan
  • You’re bringing in net revenue through closing deals as a key player for business success
  • Prospecting from both marketing, inbound and self-sourced leads to feed your pipeline
  • Qualifying and nurturing leads to increase conversion
  • Collaborating with SDRs, CSMs, Marketing and Product by identifying trends and supporting teams
  • Conducting demos by successfully positioning Smartblick in the competitive landscape

Requirements
