Paretos is the leading AI-based decision intelligence platform to make effective, data-driven decisions across entire organizations, enabling business users to evaluate complex data, predict future scenarios and take optimal actions via a no-code UI and integrations with no prior data science knowledge needed. We want to continue and scale our very successful “Retention Growth” strategy and bring the value of Decision Intelligence to more customers in the DACH region and as a next step in other markets.
Therefore we’re looking for an Account Executive (f/m/d) driving this ambitious way forward with us.
In your new role at Paretos, you’ll be utilizing both inbound and outbound sales strategies to identify new clients and help them grow with our software solution. You’ll benefit from inbound leads and collaborate with Business Development Representatives to research potential customers and develop outreach strategies. Additionally, you’ll be conducting online demos showcasing our platform and selling our Paretos value proposition.

Tasks

  • Responsible for all relevant steps from needs assessment through lead qualification to product demos
  • as well as ultimately converting leads into customers
  • Consistently closing new business based on our targets
  • Reaching out to business clients at the decision-maker level
  • Conducting complex negotiation meetings at the management level
  • Building relationships with potential customers and internal stakeholders to generate new business
  • Collaborating with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to further develop our sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Experience in digital transformation / modern tool landscape mandatory
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales mandatory
  • Exceptional sales and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Focus on your goals and a committed approach to achieving them
  • Fluent in German (as the focus is DACH) and English (as we are an international company)
