WHAT IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

We are seeking a dynamic, customer orientated and results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the UK & Ireland region. The successful candidate will be a persuasive strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and possess a proven track record of successful projects in the data center industry.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Provide leadership, direction to the broader Submer team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Passionate about creating a sustainable eco system in the data center industry.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
