• Manage financial and management reporting, including accounts consolidation and monthly reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with budgeting and forecasting components, ensuring accuracy through variance analysis and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate annual financial statements and budgeting with Department Heads.
• Provide financial advice and decision support.
• Oversee audits, tax reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain full sets of accounts, including month-end closing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bank officers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare quarterly GST filings and timely monthly management reports.
• Compile audit schedules and address ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
