Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage our group’s accounts.
Accounts Executive responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle full set of accounts via Odoo online
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Perform month-end and year-end closing
Generate and send monthly SOA to debtors
Generate GST F5 and file GST quarterly
Handle bank transactions
Liaise with outsource CFO on the quarterly review
Liaise external auditors, tax agents, company secretary etc on a yearly basis
Assist in petty cash management
Requirements:-
Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Professional certificate or equivalent.
Min 1 Years’ experience in similar capacity
Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
Prior experience in construction or real estate will be a plus.
Able to work under timeline pressure
Able to start immediately or with short notice
Familiar with Odoo will be advantages.
Salary Range: $2,500~$3,40
