Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Home Health Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling and growing our home healthcare services to physicians, hospitals and the long-term care market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Display excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Minimum of two years of home health marketing experience is preferred with a track record of meeting sales expectations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-services and presentations regarding our services to referral sources
  • Promote professional relationships with physicians, care facilities, and any other customers
  • Consult with agency leaders on all aspects of marketing/sales activities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
  • Interact with supervisor regarding maintenance of accounts in CRM
  • Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in a geographically defined market
  • Develop quarterly sales strategy
  • Other duties as assigned
