Moreover, we also collaborate with leading enterprises to extend their production capabilities with unparalleled efficiency and scale.
We have been successful in establishing a new business model for long term brand partnerships based on subscriptions for creative services and an innovative tech platform which enables faster turn-around times of projects.
During 2024 we are aiming to continue our growth journey at a high pace. In order to accomplish this we are now looking for experienced and driven Account Executives to join our growing Sales team. As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Klingit, connecting brands of all sizes with our exceptional design and content production services. You will be reporting to our Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media & Communication Studies or equivalent work experience in the same field.
- Proven track record in B2B Sales (minimum 2 - 5 years), preferably in a creative or marketing-focused environment.
- Value-driven sales approach with a strong background of B2B sales with a history of overachieving quota.
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, managing sales pipeline, forecasting and closing deals (on average 3-6 deals per month).
- Experience in working with email campaigns and sequences.
- Organised in outbound sales and pipeline management.
- Experience selling to CMOs, Marketing or Brand Managers.
- Good understanding of the challenges faced by clients in design, content production and marketing.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate Klingit’s value proposition.
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
Grow Klingit’s customer base by:
- Managing the full sales cycle: From sourcing leads, cold outreach, setting meetings, pitching, negotiating contracts to converting prospects into paying customers.
- Working closely with multiple stakeholders to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships.
- Meeting monthly sales targets and being proactive in sourcing new business opportunities.
- Presenting Klingit’s extensive service offerings in virtual or in-person meetings: Guiding prospects to the right solutions which address their business challenges and needs.
- Contribute to the development of our sales processes, materials and activities aimed to drive more sales to Klingit.
- Staying ahead of the curve, continuously learning about the latest design and marketing trends to better serve our clients.
- Regularly attend industry events to represent Klingit and extend your professional network.
