REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Consistent track record of both new business solution selling experience and within the relevant industry vertical assigned to the position (Manufacturing)
  • Ability to map out and strategically define account plans
  • Effectively optimise internal and external networks
  • Evidence of relationship building skills within a matrix organisation with an ability to grow and nurture relationships
  • Excellent at leveraging C-level and LOB relationships
  • Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed
  • Must be fluent in both English & German
  • Ability to negotiate complex deals
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
