As an Account Executive, you will take charge of new business opportunities in North America. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a range of tasks including handling inbound and self-sourced leads, building relationships with vendors, and leveraging referrals.
You’ll be in charge of the entire sales process, from establishing connections with potential clients to successfully closing deals. This will involve gaining a deep understanding of client needs, crafting persuasive proposals, and skillfully negotiating contracts. Having experience in B2B consultative sales within the realms of digital marketing, digital transformation, or CRM/MarTech industries, would empower you to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

HERE ARE A FEW OF THE TASKS YOU’LL GET TO WORK ON:

1) Engaging prospects and nurturing customer relationships to meet sales goals

  • Guiding prospects or customers throughout the sales process, which includes conducting discovery meetings, coordinating a consultative approach, developing presentations, addressing RFPs, and negotiating terms.
  • Conducting demonstrations of the HubSpot platform.
  • Developing a plan to reach and exceed sales targets set.

2) Reporting on sales process

  • Ensuring the submission of precise forecast reports.
  • Providing detailed activity reports and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

3) Sourcing of leads

  • Collaborating closely with the Huble marketing team to generate inbound leads in your assigned territory.
  • Using connections established with target accounts, identifying potential sales opportunities that align with the responsibilities outlined in point #1.

️ TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven track record of thriving in B2B sales for a digital consultancy, agency, or CRM software company.
  • Ability to confidently lead discovery meetings with a strong technical know-how, eliminating the need for a sales engineer.
  • Familiarity with the North America territory and its dynamics.
  • Extensive experience in negotiating with C-level executives from mid-market to large companies.
  • A solid grasp of CRM and Marketing Technology, enabling effective solution-oriented discussions.
