Mintago is looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience building a sales pipeline for successful B2B SaaS businesses.
Exposure to high growth start ups is desirable and bonus points if you ever sold products within the HR / wellbeing / employer benefits space. Proven experience dealing with C-Level stakeholders, be it Chief People or Financial Officers. Understanding how Senior leadership make sound financial and people centric decisions is a key aspect of this role. You should be competent at presenting to all levels of potential prospects.
This role offers offer the opportunity to join a freshly formed team to take Mintago’s offering of financial wellbeing to the next level. Our business is still small enough that any person can have an impact and, after Series A funding, Mintago is setting out its structure to scale. In this new stage, Sales will play a pivotal role in unlocking business growth and we are keen on developing the Product to become a market leader of its kind.

Responsibilities:

  • Run inbound sales converting a stream of qualified leads into sales.
  • Test new ideas alongside the Product team to ensure we increase Sales conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships HR leads and Financial Directors.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospects’ businesses, goals, and needs and feedback to our Product teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver demos, presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximise profitability while delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process until deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
  • Stay organised and maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets using Hubspot.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
