Account Executive vacancy - Zesty are recruiting for an Account Executive to join our talented team.

Your Team: The client services team are experts in delivering great customer service to our clients and are integral to linking together client needs with developers, ensuring teams are kept updated, and informed, and ensuring that work is delivered on time.

Your role: As an Account Executive, reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will manage client requests, including responding to queries in a timely manner, generating quotes and scheduling time with designers and developers. The vast majority of your responsibilities will lie in the efficient management of Support requests, ensuring that work is understood and briefed to the teams involved, that time is logged and taken off a support allowance, and that comms throughout internal team and with the client are succinct, friendly and accurate.
