The Role and What You’ll Do:
As an integrated company, 160over90 sits at the forefront of cultural influence to effectively connect brands with consumers’ passions. At 160/90, the Partnerships team is comprised of subject matter experts around the world helping clients create, negotiate, activate and evaluate integrated marketing programs.

Based in Los Angeles, New York, or Charlotte, this Account Executive position will be part of a dedicated agency team responsible for managing sponsorship and experiential marketing initiatives for a key client that is focused on serving the financial needs of our nation’s military community.

  • Assist with the day-to-day management and strategic development of client’s sponsorship portfolio, with a focus on league rights
  • Knowledge of the sports marketing and partnerships landscape preferred, specifically the NFL
  • Participate in the development, planning, and implementation of sponsorship programs, including customized activations/promotions at marquee sporting events
  • Liaise with internal divisions, external stakeholders, and third party vendors as needed in the execution of events to ensure activities and services meet protocol and brand standards
  • Create and maintain client-ready materials, such as POVs, recommendations, and activation plans
  • Build and manage timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met within allocated timeframe and budget
  • Manage the client & property approvals process and coordinate necessary activation deliverables on behalf of client
  • Collaborate with internal creative staff, develop creative briefs, assist with preparation of creative presentations, ensuring that the client’s brand is accurately represented
  • Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed (specific services could include ticket distribution, hospitality, guest relations, invitations, and client/property relationship management)

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant agency or client-based account management experience
  • Experience working on and/or with sports leagues and teams
  • Participation in the selection, negotiation, and evaluation of successful sponsorship programs
  • Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
  • Military experience and/or a proven desire to work with military-based programs is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client management experience preferred
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time (including weekend events)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$67,200 annuall
