Description:

Handling daily sales report

  • Preparing month/year end sales report
  • Trace payment record
  • Prepare invoices
  • Consolidate GST for quarterly reporting
  • Handling of cash from outlets
  • Knowledge on using ORACLE Netsuite & Micrsoft Excel software (advantage)
  • Able to work OT during Chinese New Year period
  • Willing to do assist admin team whenever needed
  • Working location at Senoko Drive
  • Ad-hoc basis job
