REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in B2B account management or business development within Telco, IT, or Tech sectors.
- Knowledge of broadband, connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, cybersecurity is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and offer solutions in fluid scenarios.
- Attention to detail and experience with Salesforce preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Front-facing customer interactions and relationship building.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management.
- Support daily operational tasks: billing, revenue forecasting, and resource coordination.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with key contacts within assigned accounts.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Regional travel required (1-2 times a month).
