Your New Role:
As an Account Executive within the Sales Department, your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth by fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients across various therapy areas.

Key Duties:

  • Manage existing accounts by processing inbound customer orders and inquiries efficiently
  • Support clients in expanding their businesses by proposing new revenue opportunities and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure accurate product information and order processing
  • Inform customers about promotions, specials, and new product samples, and upsell products as appropriate
  • Keep clients informed about industry news and assist with product inquiries
  • Proactively generate sales from inactive accounts while acquiring new customers and business
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives by providing assistance, leads, and referrals
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends and developments through continuous learning and research
  • Maintain territory knowledge and collaborate closely with the outside sales team
  • Territory management and travel required to visit existing and potential customers

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, business or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships
  • Valid driver’s license
