Responsibilities:
Execution: Hands-on sales by convincing new clients to work with us
- Assumption of responsibility for the sales pipeline from qualified leads to the conclusion of a contract
- Building partnerships and working closely with industry experts
- Preparation and development of sales and RFP materials
- Implementation of demos and negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
- Development, coaching and management of a high-performance sales team
Strategy: Support in setting up our B2B sales organization
- Further development of sales processes in cooperation with the sales development and marketing team
- Identification and development of new business opportunities through market and competition analyses
- Definition and structuring of a data-driven / KPI-based lead funnel
- Cooperation with the founders and our product team to continuously develop Tacto in the interests of the customer
