Responsibilities:

Execution: Hands-on sales by convincing new clients to work with us

  • Assumption of responsibility for the sales pipeline from qualified leads to the conclusion of a contract
  • Building partnerships and working closely with industry experts
  • Preparation and development of sales and RFP materials
  • Implementation of demos and negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Development, coaching and management of a high-performance sales team

Strategy: Support in setting up our B2B sales organization

  • Further development of sales processes in cooperation with the sales development and marketing team
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities through market and competition analyses
  • Definition and structuring of a data-driven / KPI-based lead funnel
  • Cooperation with the founders and our product team to continuously develop Tacto in the interests of the customer
