Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Are you a highly motivated Account Executive aspiring to advance into sales management/leadership? Audience Republic, a B2B SaaS startup specialising in the marketing/events/music vertical, is actively seeking a hungry and ambitious Account Executive, looking to grow into a sales management/leadership position over time.
You might be transitioning from a current sales management role, prepared start off initially as an Account Executive. Alternatively, you might currently be an Account Executive with prior experience in sales management.
This role is pivotal within our company, presenting a unique opportunity for progression to a member of our executive leadership team and eventual progression to the position of Director of Sales over time.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will responsible for driving new business in APAC & meeting monthly revenue quotas
  • You’ll be a full cycle Account Executive from outbound prospecting (email and phone) to closing
  • You’ll spend time exclusively Account Executive, and over time progressively be considered to take on more leadership & management experience

✅ You are someone who is:

  • Has experience in outbound sales (email & calls). You aren’t someone who sits around waiting for inbound leads to come in, or for leads to be handed to you.
  • Committed to smashing targets, continually raising the bar for your performance.
  • Experienced in software sales in SaaS, with a proven track record of hitting quota.
  • Fully autonomous and doesn’t need to be managed in hands on way.
  • Is a builder and loves figuring things out. You’ll build, follow and iterate on established processes.
  • Has an interest in marketing, music and events.
