We’re on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to play a crucial role in our company. We are a fast-paced and innovative company seeking a self-starter who can contribute to shaping our sales function. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your skills will be pivotal in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth.
This is a permanent, full-time position - you can work remotely or in our Warsaw office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales, preferably with a successful track record in B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as gap selling, solution selling, and consultative selling.
  • Experience in outbound sales roles such as SDR is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with linguistic nuances (C2 English or Native proficiency is a must-have).
  • Eager to learn and adapt, navigating challenges with a can-do attitude.
  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills with a drive to make an immediate impact.

  • Revenue Generation: Execute inbound strategies, convert high-intent opportunities, and uncover new business from our freemium customer base.
  • Outbound Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies, leveraging cold outreach and prospecting techniques.
  • Process Development: Play a pivotal role in building and refining sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coaching and Training: Bring your passion for coaching and training and contribute to your own and the team’s development.
