Account Executive (Trust)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A good Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
• Proficient in MS tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong team player and possess a positive attitude.
• Conscientious, with good attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Independent and positive working attitude.

ROLE:

• To assist in the management of the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Trust accounts by working closely with the Trust Manager/ Senior Trust Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the onboarding of new clients and obtain the requisite AML/KYC documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Process client applications and prepare related documents.
• Responsible for administrative documentation and coordination of client accounts.
• Perform Internet banking and opening of bank accounts.
• Coordinate and liaise with bankers and external auditors.
• Tracking, maintaining & overseeing the direct distribution of funds to Beneficiaries.
• Maintain clear communication with trustees, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders, providing regular reports and updates.
• Support and perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
