REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years and above working experience in related field
• Knowledge in accounting skills and basic knowledge for Human Resources
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Organize & systematic with strong skills with number
• Good working knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
• Self-motivation with positive mind set with ‘Can Do’ attitude

. Work independently without much supervision.

• Having HR working experience will be an added advantage

Salary range: $ 3,500 to $ 4,500 per month depending on experience, qualification and interview outcom

• Year End Audit (Liaise with external auditor & tax agent)
• Bank reconciliation
• Liaise with supplier/ customer on the dispute invoice issue
• Prepare vendor reconciliation & payment schedule
• Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation
• Monthly salary and overtime claim preparation
• Filing on employer and employee income tax, filing GST submission & other IRAS matters
• Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned
• Renewal on insurance for the employees (Example: WICA/ FWMI/ corporate insurance)
• Submission & renewal for employee work pass
• Update leave and MC record
