Responsibilities:

  • Gaining a clear understanding of our clients’ business and risk management needs and delivering tailored solutions through ongoing service.
  • Efficiently managing impending renewals and ensuring renewal information is gathered in a timely manner to facilitate firm orders.
  • Preparing market documentation according to clients and market needs.
  • Negotiating with London and overseas markets to place insurance risks in line with client needs.
  • Advising clients on the selection of insurers and available solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key market contacts.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations for both new and existing clients.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely production of client documentation, such as Market Reform Contracts, Evidence of Cover, Policies, etc.
  • Ensuring that market documentation is closed in a timely manner, adhering to Premium Payment Warranty provisions and contract certainty deadlines.
  • Liaising with technical teams to aid the delivery and processing of insurance placements.
  • Maintaining accurate and concise placing files using the corporate document management system.
