The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Fully responsible for the key accounts acquisition, negotiations, growth, key performance indicators and compliance of SPX Express partners and key accounts, with > Php 10 billion annual contract value (and growing) of all accounts combined
  • Establish and drive detailed key account acquisition, management and governance framework that continuously assess partner needs and requirements, business performance, and identify revenue and cost-saving opportunities that will deliver strategic business growth; ensure compliance on contractual and agreements
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities, and develop insightful recommendations on strategic direction and specific project opportunities. Build models and perform analysis to support the business, including market/industry models, and operational analytics.
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences. Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and partnerships team, providing guidance, training and support to ensure overall team’s achievement on key performance and growth targets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has at least 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, key account management, sales or business development and people management experience
  • Results driven, flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations in a extremely fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent process management and stakeholder management on a day-to-day basis
  • Ability to work strategically, think structurally, and articulate concepts and business
  • Preferably with deep knowledge on how ecommerce & logistics and manpower companies operate locally and regionally
  • Preferably with MBA degree
  • Extensive network with manpower and trucking companies strongly preferred.
  • High-proficiency in Excel or data is a plus
  • Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
