SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As part of the Product & Customer function, the Seller Experience team is dedicated to delivering excellence through a seamless customer journey. If you are a strategic, data-driven, and inspiring leader ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Seller Experience team, based in Berlin, and propel our growth to new heights.
In this role, you will build and inspire a dedicated team focused on supporting and delighting customers, while proactively uncovering new business opportunities within and beyond the photography industry. You will develop and implement strategic plans, forecast resources, and set ambitious sales targets, helping your team navigate complex deals and stay ahead of the competition.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Seller Experience, you will ensure your team meets key performance indicators, maintains high conversion rates, and achieves outstanding customer satisfaction. You will lead strategic projects, monitor and communicate results to leadership, and continuously raise the bar to exceed customer expectations and drive business growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers
  • Building a data driven team which always challenge the status quo and gather data insight to constantly improve the customer journey through customer analysis and actionable insights
  • Driving culture of excellence by raising the bar to not only meet customers needs but also delight and surprise them
  • Working collaboratively across teams - including, Pricing, Product, Operations and Marketing
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs along the customer’s journey
  • Analysing patterns in customers and market behaviour and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies to optimise the business’s commercial performance
  • Presenting and communicating effectively to the leadership
  • Establishing the inbound and outbound lead requirements needed to meet our objectives
  • Supporting the team in fostering relationships with our most loyal customers, and cementing brand trust
  • Managing the customer/conversion pipeline at every stage of development
  • Building new processes and procedure to enhance the customer journey
  • Focussing on the most loyal customers with the highest LTV to maximise growth
  • Owning all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving MPB and team’s goals
  • Collaborating and leading projects driving results
  • Commercial acumen to enhance existing business and new opportunities. Strategic focus to impact on the business needs and growth
  • Deep diving into quantitative and qualitative data in order to provide insight
