Serve as Fi & Client advocate as main point of contact for all non-NPD communications. Purchase Order management, account KPl’s, daily/weekly communication, coordination shipments, communicating with clients to ensure overall client satisfaction. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure client deliverables are identified, understood and addressed. Responsible for overall client satisfaction. High level knowledge of forecasting, demand planning and scheduling related to manufacturing and client service fulfillment requirements. Involves and informs others in identifying issues, problems, opportunities, and works collaboratively to develop solutions Participates in active listening and seeks to understand the perspectives of clients and team. Strong focus on overall client satisfaction. Proactively seeks information on trends and issues that impact the job and enhances own understanding of the business Familiar with supply chain and order management processes Identifies and raises issues and problems in a constructive manner Breaks down complex problems into manageable components and considers multiple factors (.g. client requirements, time constraints, costs, desired outcomes, etc.) when making /recommendations/decisions. Supply Chain Awareness (Functional) Leader in best practices to expose and eliminate root causes of problems Collaborates and cooperates with team members/colleagues to accomplish shared goals; problem resolution and supports team decisions Communication Skills (Functional- must). Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills both in English. Presents ideas and facts clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Accurately and effectively communicates complex data and concepts to personnel at all levels. Experiencia y requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in account management with a focus on demand and order fulfillment, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in demand planning and order management software/tools
