MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales role
  • Stellar communicator, with native or near-native English speaking and writing skills
  • Fast learner with commitment to learn everything about the data market and data-driven use cases
  • Consultative mindset with strong focus on helping customers to succeed
  • Proven experience working with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds

  • You’ve previously worked for a B2B marketplace company
  • You’ve already gathered experience in the data and AI industry

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an international Account Manager (AM) for our global data marketplace which enables data-driven companies and AI firms to find the right datasets for their algorithms and business use cases. You’ll partner up with large data buyers from across the globe and industries, and help them identify the perfect data provider for their products, process, and projects. Acting as a matchmaker, you’ll contribute to the future of AI by ensuring valuable data gets shared across companies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Data expertise: You’ll build in-depth expertise about the data market, available data categories, and use cases for data
  • Buyer qualification: You’ll engage with large data buyers on the data marketplace in order to understand their use cases and data needs
  • Data sourcing: You’ll support enterprise data buyers to run an efficient data acquisition process and identify the right data providers
  • Provider engagement: You’ll regularly check-in with data providers to clearly understand their data offering and match them better
  • Product enablement: You’ll work closely with the product team to improve the usability of the data marketplace
