QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in aviation management, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Experience in Business Aviation billing, budgets and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Effective time management and task-switching skills to transition seamlessly among client accounts.
- Deadline-driven and achievement-oriented mindset to deliver projects on schedule.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Client Billing Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business aviation clients in relation to financial statements, reconciliation and billing process, working closely with the client Account Manager.
- Invoicing Oversight: Oversee the monthly invoicing review process to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Ad-Hoc Invoices: Request and review ad-hoc invoices, such as GST Pro-forma invoices for Aircraft Importation.
- Budget and Fee Schedules: Manage annual budgets and fee schedules by gathering data from various departments, inputting it into budget templates, and incorporating expected increases. Present budgets and fee schedules to clients and term agreements with appropriate iterations and support as part of annual contractual renewals.
- Additional Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to request, generate, deeply analyze, and present financial reports related to clients’ expenses.Additional duties as assigned.
