ACCOUNT MANAGER – BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar account management, brand partnership or business development role.
  • A background in driving partnership portfolios from prospecting stage through to pitch and delivery.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to spot partnership opportunities that add value to both parties.
  • A self-starter who shows initiative and can collaborate with senior contacts to generate business with strong writing and reporting skills.
  • Confident in communicating with and pitching to executive level contacts.
  • Able to work towards financial targets and exceed revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated success working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Curious and innovative mindset, comfortable to test and learn across partnership opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Health or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen.

The Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key health industry partners, commercial partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new opportunities to grow income and ROI from existing revenue channels and partners via account management and stakeholder relations.
  • Provide support to the Brand Partnerships Lead on new business development opportunities, and to the partnership portfolio.
  • Work with stakeholder’s both internal and external to ensure delivery of partnership initiatives.
  • Support the development of processes to ensure successful partner experience.
  • Monitoring and reporting on partnerships as part of the partnership management lifecycle, and industry insights to support decision making

Responsibilities:

As the Account Manager – Brand Partnership, this role will maintain and grow relationships with sponsors and partners particularly in the health sector, ensuring superior customer service and account management, leading to increases in the organisation’s revenue and profile.
You will be joining the organisation during an exciting strategic growth phase as they set their sights on working together on a clear 5-year strategic vision, led by a visionary CEO, and engaged senior leadership team.
This role will leverage and strengthen your brand partnership & project coordination skills to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships are nurtured and maintained to the highest standard.
