  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with customers to devise effective solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to meet contractual obligations and KPIs.
  • Enhance operational visibility and performance, fostering revenue growth.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop logistics solutions that drive value and expand market share.
  • Deliver professional reports on KPIs and commercial data.
  • Attend meetings and activities related to assigned portfolio.
  • Communicate important industry trends and operational changes to stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration among internal teams to enhance service delivery and reduce customer churn.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business and/ or logistics or extensive industry experience (preferrable)
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a structured approach while managing decisions and negotiate
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and presentation of statistics
