ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our valued clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards and supporting our clients’ growth through innovative payment solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with payment solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and analysis of client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored payment solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and support to clients.
Lead and implement strategies for account growth and retention, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
