Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with their brand objectives.
• Identify and recruit suitable influencers that match the client’s brand, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements.
• Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Understand to utilised analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and overall campaign success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Identify new opportunities for client growth and engagement through emerging platforms and trends.
• Work closely with creative, social media, content teams, and vendors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• This position may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
