DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Account Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Providing consultation and proactive fleet management, adopting best practice and striving for continuous improvement and innovation at all levels
• Acting as the main point of escalation dealing with service issues and problem solving, always communicating with the different brands within the Account Managers remit.
• Reviewing key accounts with brands and customers on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Manage key accounts ensuring clear and effective communication
• Oversee all processes required to deliver the service and ensure processes and WI are maintained
• Regular visits/ meetings to customers to see the brands
• Respond to or escalate customer issues within clear guidelines and recommend solutions
