Are you passionate about driving digital marketing performance and enhancing customer experiences? Join our dynamic team at JoJo Maman Bébé in the pivotal role of Stakeholder Account Manager for our B2C websites and App!
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in leading and executing strategies to achieve forecasted sales and profit margins. With a focus on both strategy and execution, you’ll oversee digital marketing channels including Paid Search, SEO, Email, and App, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for our customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Next team to implement the trade marketing plan across JoJo websites and key digital channels, optimizing SEO, Paid Search, email, and paid social plans.
  • Set and report on success metrics, monitoring performance and providing insight-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Manage paid and performance budgets to ensure positive ROI and profitability of the site.
  • Drive a unified omni-channel experience, aligning with JoJo’s brand values and strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital activities align with overall business and marketing goals.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing seasonal design updates and UX developments in collaboration with the Next digital design team.
  • Collaborating with Next on campaign strategies, budget allocation, and site optimization.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and proposing actions to enhance customer journey and conversion rates.
  • Monitoring competitor websites and incorporating best practices to improve our offerings.
  • Planning and executing ECRM and CRO strategies to boost customer loyalty and retention.
  • Building relevant reporting processes to measure key KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leveraging customer insights to guide new tactics for customer retention and engagement.

  • You have prior experience in a similar role.
  • Experience within digital marketing is a must.
  • You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks the platform functionality is not under this remit.
