REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience of Digital Advertising and Marketing sales (or the Real Estate industry)
  • Proven experience and a passion for account management & new business sales
  • Ability to structure your time correctly between retention and new business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, and browser-based software
  • CRM experience (Hubspot an advantage)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic who is prepared and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a unique role with a mix of Account Management for existing clients as well as new business development to build your portfolio. With responsibility for a portfolio of clients, you will manage the digital marketing campaigns for a variety of real estate agents across Australia and New Zealand.
You will be actively involved in the creative design of these campaigns (working closely with our in-house creative designer) and will liaise directly with your agent in relation to the campaign. This will include providing reporting on a monthly basis on the success of the campaign.
All new business development will be selling into warm clients - so these are clients who are already RateMyAgent customers whom you will be calling to offer the value added services of our Promoter product suite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Selling Facebook, Google and Instagram marketing to Real Estate Agents
  • Retaining existing customer base and then upselling to promote growth
  • Educating our customers on how to get the most out of our online digital marketing products and train on how to boost their online presence
  • Participate in meetings and provide feedback on trends
  • Learn about new functionality as it is released to provide the best opportunity for upselling
  • Manually add assets in our state of the art digital marketing platform
