SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to nurture and expand our valued client relationships. As a member of the Account Management team, you will work collaboratively to be a proactive liaison, representing DRMG to our clients, partners and prospects. You will be a leader in customer service, professionalism, teamwork, and client profitability. You will be responsible for being an advocate for the client, adding value to the DRMG-client relationship with analysis and insights of their brand, objectives, campaigns and results in order to develop a long-term relationship. As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, operations, and management, to ensure an exceptional customer service experience for our clients.
