ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Demand team is composed of knowledgeable and energetic online advertising experts that helps bring Equativ’s programmatic solutions to market. The mission for the Account manager is to build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners, representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry. The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.
Equativ is looking for a detail-oriented, eager, and motivated individual to join our German campaign team. As one of our Demand Account Manager in the Düsseldorf office at Equativ, you will have the unique opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry; collaborate daily with the world’s major ad agencies and helping them achieve their marketing objectives. You will be responsible for a variety of customer-facing activities including but not limited to responding to client inquiries, overseeing and reporting for client’s campaigns, and handling technical questions from clients and sales managers.

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK:-

  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, structured, and goal-oriented work approach.
  • Enthusiasm for Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Programmatic.
  • Experience in online marketing, media planning, or media agency.
  • Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in both English and Germany is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly responding to team and client inquiries.
  • Preparing pre-sales documents and aligning with client strategies.
  • Collaborating with ad ops, media solutions, and sales teams for smooth campaign delivery.
  • Attending client meetings and overseeing advertising campaigns.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting campaign-related issues.
  • Supporting the sales department and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Creating reports, analyses, screenshots and mock-ups.
