Description:
As a seasoned Client Service team member and Account Manager, you drive affiliate and client management results by crafting targeted strategies that leverage strong relationships and innovative campaigns. In your role, you serve as the primary client contact, offering expert advice and ensuring team adherence to client strategies for revenue optimization across various management areas including proposals, reporting, recruitment, asset management, and email campaigns. With deep expertise in Fintel Connect technology, procedures, and partnerships, you provide strategic support through mentoring and training, actively contributing to internal and external initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and foster a culture of trust and collaboration both internally and externally.
- Implement department-wide efficiencies and streamlined processes for program management.
- Identify innovative opportunities to drive increased revenue, presenting confidently to key affiliates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and advocate for clients/publishers to surpass overall program objectives.
- Drive revenue-focused initiatives aligning with Fintel Connect’s business objectives.
- Strategically expand new lines of business with clients, demonstrating both strategic and tactical approaches.
- Take a leadership role within the Client Service department, including training new employees and serving as a point of escalation.
- Develop, present, and execute program strategies for clients based on careful review of data in the Fintel Connect platform.
- Efficiently onboard new clients by organizing and documenting strategic onboarding processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Fintel Connect, ensuring quality outputs and supporting Account Directors with strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate expertise in tracking and system knowledge by testing, monitoring client systems, and providing training.
- Support the implementation of new technical updates and business developments within the team.
- Proactively identify and address tracking issues and programmatic challenges for clients.
- Manage a portfolio of clients while providing oversight, consultation, and strategic guidance to the team’s clients.
- Anticipate and address potential client churn or issues, proactively planning for solutions.
