Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager who will be assigned a high volume of repeat buyers that will be spending regularly with Geomiq. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building trusted client relationships
  • Managing a high volume of customer accounts and being extremely responsive to your customers to provide a world class service
  • Using data to build an account base strategy around growth, maintenance and churn to adjust your approach accordingly with each segment
  • Running regular customer meetings both via screen share and in person
  • Being Consultative: Take the time to analyse and understand your customers business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities and align Geomiq where mutually beneficial
  • Collaborating: Help your teammates learn and succeed as fast as you do, along with collaboration with the wider business to ensure you can service your customers needs in the best possible way
  • High volume of quoting to customers, navigating and negotiating the close
