As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team.
Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the carpentry industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote our products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including builders, contractors, architects, and designers.Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ requirements and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the carpentry industry.Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to showcase our products’ features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, design, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
