Due to major growth we are expanding our Account Management team in Toronto and currently looking for an Account Manager Growth Specialist to join the team. In this role, you’ll have the thrilling opportunity to collaborate with and nurture early-stage customers, driving their growth and success from the ground up!

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Strategically assess customers, demonstrate nuance in your communication approach by addressing each potential customer in a way that is comfortable and respectful for them.
  • Calling high potential customers where necessary.
  • Guide customers through the tougher pain points of compliance that are a part of the early life journey.
  • Be the bridge between the player and compliance teams, supporting Chumba in adhering to their compliance obligations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate and understand the headlines, KPIs and key activities which drive the performance of your portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated B2C sales and/or relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at sustaining high value level relationships.
  • 2-3 years experience hitting productivity targets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience.
  • Ability to understand the implications of actions and make recommendations for solutions.
